Credit Suisse 

Arreon Carbon entered into a co-investment agreement with Credit Suisse International in December 2006.  Under this agreement, Credit Suisse has provided financing and credit enhancement to Arreon Carbon, and co-purchases carbon credits with Arreon Carbon.
